Specialized Rock Wool Panels for Internal InstallationLUYANG BST® curtain wall rock wool boards are used as fireproof and thermal insulation materials in dry-hanging curtain wall systems, featuring sound absorption and noise reduction, thermal insulation and fireproofing, good product stability, and is equivalent to the using life to buildings for many years. The surface of LUYANG BST® curtain wall rock wool board can be coated with different finishing materials such as aluminium foil, waterproof breathable membrane, glass cloth and so on according to customers' requirements. Curtain wall fireproof rock wool boards are available in different thicknesses to meet diverse specifications and new construction applications, with a service life equivalent to the building's, and can be coated with fireproof aluminium foil and other finishes. Fireproof rock wool board is made of special formula for curtain wall system with higher fireproof and thermal insulation requirements, its melting temperature is above 1150℃, with higher high-temperature shrinkage resistance and thermal stability, and thus has a very high fire-resistance limit, which can more effective to ensure that in case of fire to prevent the spread of fire. The product has a dark brown appearance and the surface can be laminated with fireproof aluminium foil and other finishing layers. 
Product Features 1. Fibre diameter is less than 5μm, shot content is less than 5%, excellent thermal insulation. 2. A1 grade non-combustible fireproof material, can effectively slow down the spread of fire, not produce combustion droplets and toxic gases. 3. Acidity coefficient is greater than 2.0, strong weather resistance, can keep the system application performance stable, can be the same life as the building. 4. Fibrous porous connecting structure reduces the reflection and propagation of sound waves, excellent sound absorption and noise reduction effect. 5. Excellent air permeability, high water-repellent rate, effectively avoiding mould. 6. Safe and non-toxic, non-asbestos, non-carcinogenic, will not damage or corrode the materials it contacts.
